Order Terms
You can place an order for our products via our online store using an electronic form, by email, by phone, or by visiting our physical store. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or phone. The customer must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a guardian to place an order. We deliver products to European countries.
Delivery Methods and Costs

- Post Package: €9.99 depending on the package size.
The post package will be delivered to the nearest pickup point, and you will receive a notification from the post office when the shipment is ready for pickup.
The exact shipping costs will be displayed on the cart page, and the store will automatically calculate them.

Payment Service Provider
The payment service is provided by Stripe, Inc., which works in cooperation with Finnish banks and financial institutions. Stripe will appear as the payment recipient on your bank statement or card bill and will forward the payment to the merchant. Stripe is authorized as a payment institution. For disputes, we ask you to first contact the product supplier.

Delivery Time
The delivery time for in-stock items is approximately 3-5 business days.
Prices and VAT
Prices are listed in euros and include VAT at 25.5%. The seller reserves the right to withhold the delivery of a product in case of pricing errors. The seller also reserves the right to change the prices listed in the online store.
Ownership
All products remain the property of the seller until fully paid for.
Exchange and Return Policy
Tuunaa.fi follows the consumer agency’s guidelines for e-commerce. As a consumer customer, you have the right to a 14-day full exchange and return policy (the buyer pays for return shipping). The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. Products that have been tried on are no longer eligible for return. During the cancellation period, the customer has the right to inspect and test the product in the same way they could in a physical store. However, the product should not be used. Always contact our customer service before returning items. We do not accept cash on delivery or collect-on-delivery returns.
Returns are not accepted for business purchases. If you cancel your order, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. Custom-made products (e.g., 3D parts) are not eligible for return. Returns should be made via Posti using our contract code. The return shipping cost for a 0-5kg package is €9.99.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except for defective or damaged products. If you receive a defective or damaged product, do not use or install it. Contact us at info@tuunaa.fi.
If you return an order that had free shipping, the shipping costs (ranging from €9.99 to €12 depending on the package weight) will be deducted from the refund.
If you return a product and received a promotional product as part of a certain-value order, the promotional product must also be returned if the value threshold is no longer met. Other additional freebies must also be returned. If the intermediary fees from the payment provider are higher than normal (over €1), we will deduct the excess from the refund. Our shipping costs may exceed what the customer was charged, so in return cases, we will deduct the surplus from the refund.
If a package is not claimed, the customer is responsible for the incurred costs (the delivery charge to the destination and the return shipping).
Promotional products are available as long as stock lasts. Please note: shipping costs are not included in promotions.
Order Cancellation
If you cancel your order before shipment, we will deduct the payment provider fees (Stripe) from the refundable amount.
Warranty
Warranty periods are product-specific. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Electrical parts and components have limited warranty coverage.
Product Information
Product details are available in the online store. If there is a significant error in the information, the customer has the right to return the product. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. The customer must read the product description carefully before placing the order.
Damaged Packages
If the shipment is damaged or the packaging is defective, immediately file a damage claim with the carrier (e.g., Posti). We are not responsible for damages caused during shipping.
Privacy Policy
During the ordering process, we only ask for the contact information necessary for delivery, and this information is used solely for managing the customer relationship. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Disputes
Any disputes between the parties will be governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Finland.
